经济转型中的中国大型企业技术创新问题的再思考——中国熊猫电子集团的案例与实证分析

当前，我国已进入经济体制转轨、经济增长方式转型和建立现代企业制度的转变时期。中国企业、尤其是大型企业（集团）的技术创新受到国际上市场、技术一体化及原有技术水平相对落后的双重压力，亟需对技术创新的观念、思维方式等进行“创新”，形成自己的特点。本文以中国熊猫电子集团的实例分析为基础，讨论了转变期中国大型企业技术创新的有关问题

A Study on the Technology Innovation of Chinese Large Scale Enterprise in the Economy Reform

China is now turning to market economy with the intensive developing way.And the modern enterprise system is now being established.Facing to the double press,which caused by the integration of market and technology and by their backward technology level,Chinese enterprises are in urgent to innovate their idea,concept and ways of technology innovation.Based on the innovation practice of P anda Electronic Group,this paper discusses some innovation issues during the economy reform.
