| Abstract: | Though the empirical study,this paper presents high-degree employees' characteristics of needs in private enterprises by comparing needs of high-degree employees and low-degree employees in private enterprises,and needs of high-degree employees in private enterprises and those in state-owned enterprises.According to this,the authors also put forward strategies of motivating for high-degree employees in private enterprises. |
