| 摘 要： | 人性假设是管理理论研究中的一个重要问题。本文从回顾和深入分析了管理理论中不同人性假设的历史变迁开始，提出了管理研究中基本分析单元智能体行为模型(Bio—E)与基于这一模型的管理方法——和谐策略，认为人的智能属性是人类创造财富的重要源泉。在今天这样充满变化、不确定和复杂的环境下，利用和谐策略充分发挥人的智能属性，对发展企业核心竞争力，创造价值具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the change of the human assumption, this article offers a new model of Bio-E(Behavior of Intelligent Organic Entity) and the management method of the HeXie strategy. It argues that the Bio-E and the HeXie strategy are very important to the management practices of the organization in the environment full of changes, complexity and uncertainty today; and are very important for the company to keep the core competence and to create profit. |
