| 摘 要： | 电子政务社会化服务带来了政务信息资源共享的全面转型.从知晓性共享走向应用性共享,强调电子政务信息资源价值的充分实现,进一步深化了政府服务职能,使电子政务能惠及全社会.本文以电子政务社会化服务导向为基础,提出电子政务从知晓性共享模式向应用性共享模式的转型,详细阐述了共享转型的过程及内容,并提出了相应的转型实现对策.
