| 摘 要： | 探讨了企业家导向对企业内未吸收冗余的影响，以及运用权变的方法研究了未吸收冗余对企业自主创新的影响。通过对270家中国企业的实证研究发现：企业家导向与未吸收冗余的关系呈倒U型；未吸收冗余促进了企业的自主创新；未吸收冗余与企业自主创新的关系受到企业家导向以及环境不确定性所调节，企业家导向正向调节了未吸收冗余与自主创新的关系，环境不确定性正向调节了未吸收冗余与自主创新的关系。研究结论发展了现有的组织冗余文献，具有一定的理论与实践意义。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on unabsorbed slack,and analyses the effect of unabsorbed slack on indigenous innovation through the contingency approach.The empirical results based on 270 Chinese firms indicate that: entrepreneurial orientation has a inversed U-shaped relationship with unabsorbed slack;unabsorbed slack promotes indigenous innovation;the relationship between unabsorbed slack and indigenous innovation is moderated by entrepreneurial orientation and environmental... |
