| 摘 要： | 新产品开发作为企业经营过程中的重要环节,是企业获取竞争优势的重要源泉。从理论上分析了技术能力对新产品开发绩效的影响,以及技术管理的对技术能力与新产品开发绩效关系的调节作用。利用对151家企业调查的数据进行实证分析,研究结果发现,技术能力各要素均对新产品开发绩效有显著的正向影响作用,其中人员能力影响最大,其次是组织能力,再次是信息能力,设备能力影响较小。研究结果同时发现技术管理对人员能力、设备能力、信息能力、组织能力与新产品开发绩效的关系均具有正向调节作用。
