| 摘 要： | 开放存取期刊的发展有效地消除了发达国家和发展中国家的交流障碍,促进了学术交流的开放与自由。以图书情报领域的期刊为例,以DOAJ收录的期刊列表为数据源,探讨OA期刊的出版形式及出版规律,旨在明确国内外当前图书情报学领域的开放存取期刊的发展,并与传统学术期刊进行比较分析,找到OA期刊的出版特点,希望对我国的OA资源建设有所启发。

| Abstract: | The development of open access journals effectively eliminate the communication barriers in developed and developing countries,it promotes the openness and free in the academic exchange.This paper takes the journals in the library and information science field as an example,which include in DOAJ as a data source,to discuss the forms and law of publication of open access journals.It aims to make the development of open access journals in library and information science clear.We also compare open access journal with traditional academic journals to find the characteristics of publication of OA journals.We hope that it can positively inspire the construction of OA resources in china. |
