| 摘 要： | 随着创业板市场于2009年10月23日成功开板,正式上市运行,越来越多的学者对创业板的前景与未来给予了关注,并把视角从创业板的设置机制、风险和监管转向创业板的合理定价以及退市机制的分析。本文基于相关的检索和研究,对创业板上市前后研究的热点问题进行了研究,并对其进行了比较。

| Abstract: | The Growth Enterprises Market(GEM) have been on board since October 23,2009,and a grow.ing number of scholars are giving attention to the prospect of GEM,with the switch of perspective from the mechanism of setting,risk and supervise to reasonable price and GEM delisting mechanism analysis.This essay study hot issues before and after the GEM and then compared them,which is based on relevant search and research. |
