| 摘 要： | 公安信息化是继社区警务之后的第五次警务革命，公安信息化建设与应用引领着公安工作改革发展。强化信息化基础建设，规范基础信息采录标准，强化公安基础信息的采集录入工作，是利用现代信息技术来引领和管理警务机制改革的重要手段。因此，文章结合工作实际，就强化基础信息采录推动警务机制改革谈几点认识和体会。
