法律监督语境下关于建立犯罪记录制度的思考

犯罪记录制度是国家专门机关对犯罪人员犯罪信息的登记、保管、查询、披露、封存以及消灭等与犯罪信息管理相关的一系列相关制度的总称,是现代社会管理制度中的一项重要内容。我国的犯罪记录制度尚未完全建立,需要在实践中逐步完善。作为法律监督机关,检察机关在犯罪记录制度的构建及运行过程中应积极履行其法律监督职能,发挥其应有的作用。

On the Establishment of System of Criminal Record in the Context of Legal Supervision

Criminal record system is a general system about crime information＇s custody, inquiry, disclosure, storage and elimination of other crime related to a series of related information management on offenders registration, and an important content of modern society management systems. Our country＇s criminal record system is not yet fully established, and needs to gradually improve in practice. As legal supervision organs, procuratorial organs should actively fulfill their legal oversight functions in the process of construction of criminal record system, to play its due role.
