| 摘 要： | 2003年浙江省在全国率先启动了引进大院名校联合共建创新载体战略.经过10年的发展,已取得巨大的成就.截至2012年底,累计引进共建创新载体946家,总投资超过122亿元,集聚各类人才超过2.7万人,其中高级职称或博士近7000人,开展各类研发项目1.1万个,授权专利8000多项,产生经济效益超过650亿元.本文分析了引进大院名校共建创新载体工作实施10年以来的主要成效和经验,并针对存在的问题提出了可行的对策,为浙江省科技管理部门提供决策支撑,并为其他省市提供借鉴和参考.
