| 摘 要： | 1999年和2001年,广东省先后被国家科技部确定为全国科技体制改革的试点和全国公益类科研机构改革的试点,在全国率先启动了地方科研机构分类改革,其改革的经验教训值得借鉴。本文分析了1999年以来改革的主要成效和存在问题。

| Abstract: | In 1999 and 2001,Guangdong Province was identified respectively as the national pilot province of science and technology system reform and public research institute reform by the Ministry of Science and Technology,and took the lead in the reform of science and technology system of local scientific research institutes in China.The reform experiences and lessons of Guangdong are worth learning.This paper analyzes the main achievements and problems of the reform. |
