| 摘 要： | 针对我国工程监理寻租问题较为突出的现状,从经济学的角度出发,在阐述工程监理寻租问题的基础上,把其原因划分为两类即客观因素和主观因素;基于"效用期望现值函数"和"最大化行为分析"对主观因素进行了深入分析,最后结合客观因素与主观因素分析结果,提出了治理工程监理寻租问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Rent seeking of engineering supervision is very prominent in our engineering construction fields presently.From the economic angle,the paper divides the reason into two kinds,namely the objective factor and subjective factor,after elaborating rent seeking of engineering supervision.Based on "effectiveness expected the current value" and "the maximization behavioral analysis",it has carried on the thorough analysis to the subjective factor.Finally connecting the objective factor with the analysis result of the subjective factor,it proposes the countermeasure suggestion on rent seeking of engineering supervision. |
