基于再造品生命周期的逆向供应链决策研究

运用博弈理论研究再造品不同生命周期阶段下回收品和再造品的定价决策问题。逆向供应链决策模式被分为集中决策和回收商为领导者的分散决策、再制造商为领导者的分散决策三种模式。通过结果比较分析,整个生命周期内集中式供应链的回收量和系统总利润最高,生态效益最大。两种分散式供应链的优劣则决定于废旧品价格敏感程度与再造品价格敏感程度的大小对比。在同一供应链决策模式中,废旧品价格敏感程度小于再造品价格敏感程度时的回收量和总利润高于废旧品价格敏感程度,大于再造品价格敏感程度时的回收量和总利润。

Study of Reverse Supply Chain Decision Based on Remanufactured Products' Life Cycle

This paper studies joint pricing of recycling and remanufactured products during different states of remanufactured product life cycle with Game theory.Decision models of reverse supply chain consist of centralized model and decentralized model,in which the collector or remanufacturer will be the leader of reverse supply chain.By analyzing the results,we find that the recycling quantity and overall profit of centralized model are the greatest during all the states of remanufactured product life cycle.The compared result of two decentralized models depends on which one is more between the price sensitivity of recycling and the price sensitivity of remanufactured products.In the same model,the recycling quantity and overall profit is greater when the price sensitivity of recycling is less than the price sensitivity of remanufactured products.
