基于网络DEA模型的我国区域生态效率评价研究

采用2012~2013年统计数据建立两阶段网络DEA模型,首先对中国30个省级微观层次的生态效率进行分析;然后按照东部-中部-西部的区域中观层次的生态效率进行比较,区域生态效率呈现显著的空间集聚现象,生态效率自东部沿海向中西部内陆呈阶梯型递减趋势,区域内部省域之间的差异程度也具有此特点,东部高生态效率区域省级之间的差距较大,中西部低生态效率区域各省之间的差距较小;最后在全国宏观层次上对生态效率评价结果提出相应的政策建议。

Research on the Regional Ecological Efficiency Evaluation Based on the Network DEA Model in China

On the basis of systematic analysis of the current research,this paper sets up two-stage network DEA model. Firstly,it analyzes the ecological efficiency on the microscopic level of the national. Then according to the features of re-gional distribution by eastern-central-western of meso-level,regional ecological efficiency show significant spatial agglomer-ation phenomenon,ecological efficiency from the east coast to the central and western inland ladder type decreasing trend, regional differences between internal provincial level also has the characteristics of high ecological efficiency in eastern area at the provincial level gap is larger. Finally,it puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions in the macro level based on the eco-efficiency evaluation results.
