摘 要: | 超高压技术在食品杀菌、保藏及某些加工过程中,而且在微生物菌种诱变具有巨大的应用潜力。近年来,人们开始将该技术应用到中药有效成分的提取方面。本文就超高压提取技术的原理、特点以及在中药有效成分提取中的应用等方面进行阐述。
