| 摘 要： | 从组织知识观出发，通过对在华的167家跨国创业企业的调查发现，跨国创业导向对跨国创业企业的创新能力具有重要影响，而且还发现从母公司那里获得的知识显著影响着跨国创业导向与跨国创新能力之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Many literatures find international entrepreneurial orientation play an important role to organizational performance. This is also true to international entrepreneurial entities. On 167 international entrepreneurial entities survey, the paper finds knowledge acquired from home countries is significantly contributive to entrepreneurial performance. Also the paper finds knowledge is a critical moderator between international entrepreneurial orientation and innovational competence. |
