| 摘 要： | 针对传统技术管理型人力资本计量模型的局限性，运用期权定价思想以及灰色评测方法，建立了一种计量技术管理型人力资本的新模型，结合实例说明了该模型有效可行，对实践中技术管理型人力资本价值的合理确定具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Compared with the shortage of traditional tech-managerial human capital measurement model, this paper built a new model based on the idea of option pricing and gray evaluation method. Also, the authors demonstrated the validity of the new model by conducting empirical studies and the meaning of it to determine the value of tech-management human capital. |
