战略联盟伙伴选择、竞合关系与联盟绩效研究

摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,伴随着联盟快速发展的是战略联盟的高失败率,高达50%~70%。导致联盟失败的原因有很多,但目前文献中缺乏全面系统的研究。在研究中运用了资源基础理论和竞争合作理论现有的成果,通过分析联盟伙伴的匹配性兼顾联盟伙伴自身特点和关系特点,通过对联盟伙伴选择、联盟竞合关系和联盟绩效的关系进行分析,建立了联盟伙伴匹配性、竞合关系和绩效模型,旨在为未来的研究和管理实践提供借鉴。

Abstract:Since 1980s,strategic alliances have encountered the high rate of failure during the development process.According to the past research,the rate is up to 50-70%.Yet the determinants of strategic alliance performance have not been explored systematically in the literature.This article submits that the incorrect partner selection,improper state of cooper-competition,and the lacking of coherent measure of alliance performance lead to the failure.The partner analysis is composed of the partner's attribute(resource,market,strategic goals and culture) and the match between partners in these fields.These factors do affect the cooper-competition between them that forms the overall state of alliance.Resource based theory and Cooper-competition theory has been used in the analysis.By integrating the match of alliance partners,the cooper-competition between them,and the performance,the article develops a theoretical framework of determinants of alliance performance concentrating on alliance partner analysis.Through the analysis and research,the findings aim to indicate its key implications for future research and managerial practice.
