| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑市场上业主、监理方及承包商的市场博弈行为的描述和模型的分析．揭示了各方的利益关系和策略取向。结合我国建筑市场的现状，通过以业主是否采取奖惩机制的模型分析，为业主在三方博弈中制定应对策略和办法提出了可行的建议。
