| 摘 要： | 智力资本是企业的核心资本。界定了智力资本的概念和构成要素，对智力资本与企业核心竞争力的关系进行了研究，指出智力资本是企业核心竞争力的源泉，核心竞争力是组织长期积累形成的智力资本的凝结和转化。基于智力资本的构成要素分析了提升企业核心竞争力的对策。

| Abstract: | Intellectual capital is an enterprise's core capital.Firstly the connotation and factors of intellectual capital is defined in the paper.Secondly,the relation between intellectual capital and core competence is studied.It points out that intellectual capital is the source of enterprise core competence,and the core competence is abstracted and transformed from intellectual capital which is accumulated over a long time.At last,basing on four factors of intellectual capital,the strategy for enhancing core competence is put forward. |
