| Abstract: | The paper analyzes existing problems of governmental information disclosure in China, and puts forward some counter- measures such as reinforcing the ideological understanding, constructing the legal system of governmental information disclosure, estab- lishing and improving the enforcement mechanisms of governmental information disclosure, promoting the general public＇s orderly par- ticipation, and strengthening platform and content construction of governmental information disclosure. |
