| 摘 要： | 从地理信息系统（GIS）和空间数据挖掘与电子政务的关系人手，在将GIS与决策支持系统（DSS）进行集成的基础上，探讨了GIS服务于政府决策的瓶颈，阐述了电子政务GIS与空间数据挖掘结合的必要性，构建了一个面向政府决策集成空间数据挖掘的GIS服务模型和一个面向政府决策集成GIS的空间数据挖掘基本流程，旨在为该技术应用于政府决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper starts with the introduction of the relationship between geographic information system （GIS）, spatial data min- ing （SDM） and e-governmental affairs, integrates GIS with decision support system （DSS） and discusses the bottleneck of GIS＇s serving government decision-making. Then the paper analyzes the necessity for combing e-governmental affair GIS with spatial data mining, establishes a GIS service model for government decision-making integrating with spatial data mining, and basic process for government decision-making integrating with GIS＇s spatial data mining, so as to provide a reference for application of the technology in government decision-making. |
