| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题是目前社会发展中引起广泛关注的一个热点问题,而其中就业弱势群体的出现则是影响到家庭、高校和社会发展的一个难点,涉及到这个群体的就业理念、高校层面的职业生涯指导以及国家层面政策支持等。问题的解决须从政府重视、社会各界支持弱势群体就业,高校积极实施就业弱势群体教育和指导等方面去构建或完善就业网络、开拓就业市场、培训就业技能等相应的保障服务体系与措施。
