职工重大疾病互助保障产品设计：基于江西的实证

职工重大疾病互助保障是我国职工互助保障产品的重要组成部分.从基于损失分布的保费测算原理出发,本文设计了重大疾病互助保障产品的精算模型.经检验,团体特种重病互助保障产品可使用模型一对保费进行测算,女职工特殊疾病互助保障产品的保费测算可采用模型二.针对江西省职工重大疾病互助保障活动开展的现状,提出了设计年龄调整系数控制发病率,合理确定管理费用和风险附加系数,适当确定免责期的建议.

Product Design of Workers'Serious Disease Mutual-Aid Security:Empirical Analysis of Jiangxi Province

Workers' Serious Disease Mutual-Aid Security is the important component of Workers' Mutual-Aid Security(WMAS)in China.Based on the theory of loss distribution,this paper designed actuarial model of serious disease.By the test of data,the premium of Special Serious Disease can be calculated by the Model 1,and the premium of Women's Special Disease can be calculated by the Model 2.And through the development of WMAS in Jiangxi province,the paper put forward three suggestions,which design age adjustment coefficient to control the incidence of a disease,find out the proper overhead expenses and risk coefficient,make a proper exonerative time.
