中国城乡居民主要食品消费变化趋势分析

随着我国城乡居民收入的提高及消费观念的转变,人们在食品的消费方面也逐步发生变化。从消费量趋势看,肉禽和奶制品需求增加,粮食需求量减少;从消费结构看,内部结构发展不协调,肉禽类支出较大,水果及奶制品支出增长迅速,粮食和蔬菜类支出减少,外出就餐支出增幅较大。为了满足我国城乡居民的消费需求,要尽可能转移农业过剩生产力,加快发展畜牧业,拓展农产品产业链,完善农产品深加工,提高餐饮业比重,促进经济稳步发展。

An Analysis of Change Tendency of Main Food Consumption of Chinese Urban and Rural Residents

With the change of consumption concepts and the increase of incomes of Chinese urban and rural residents, people＇ s consumption of food also gradually changes. In terms of the consumption trend, the demand for meat and dairy products has increased, and the demand for grain has decreased; in terms of the consumption structure, the internal structure is discordant, with the rapid increase of meat and poultry expenditures, the decrease of grain and vegetables, and the remarkable growth of dining out. To meet the consumption requirements of Chinese urban and rural residents, we need to transfer surplus productivity of agriculture, develop animal husbandry rapidly and agricultural industry chain, improve the deep processing of agricultural products, raise the proportion of catering industry and promote a steady growth of economy.
