城乡教育一体化进程中的文化建设初探

城乡教育一体化是推进城乡一体化系统工程的重大部分,其本身受到多种因素的影响,文化因素在其中尤为重要.城乡教育一体化必须重视文化建设,促使城乡教育文化特别是农村地区文化的变迁,改变二元发展的文化环境.重点应该加强学校文化和社区文化建设,以共同的科学的教育价值观、学校观、教师观、学生观等为核心形成新文化,并加强文化核心价值的符号表征,利用建筑、服饰、标识、口号、仪式等多种符号使文化的核心价值得以强化.政府在文化建设中应当发挥关键作用.
