城乡教育一体化进程中的文化建设初探

摘    要:城乡教育一体化是推进城乡一体化系统工程的重大部分,其本身受到多种因素的影响,文化因素在其中尤为重要.城乡教育一体化必须重视文化建设,促使城乡教育文化特别是农村地区文化的变迁,改变二元发展的文化环境.重点应该加强学校文化和社区文化建设,以共同的科学的教育价值观、学校观、教师观、学生观等为核心形成新文化,并加强文化核心价值的符号表征,利用建筑、服饰、标识、口号、仪式等多种符号使文化的核心价值得以强化.政府在文化建设中应当发挥关键作用.

Abstract:The Urban-Rural Integration of Education is a main part of the whole work of the Urban-Rural Integration.It may be influenced by many factors and culture factor is very important.So it's necessary to attach importance to culture construction,changing the culture about education both in urban and rural areas especial the latter.To do this work,the keystone is to rebuild school culture and community culture.That means forming new culture together with common and scientific beliefs about school,teacher,student,and above all the value of education,and then strengthening these beliefs by the usage of all kinds of symbols such as architectures,clothes,logos,slogans,and ceremony.The government must play the key actor in this great project.
