论体育教师的新形象——从行政管理学之领导者的素质和艺术的角度

我国处于体育教学摸索初期，改革是必不可少的环节。现代体育教师如何在未知的改革中站稳脚步，同时又要用自己的表现改变人们对体育教师的不认可态度。本文采用文献资料等方法，通过对管理学、行政管理学与体育学等学科的糅合角度出发，指出现代体育教师新形象的确立需要的素质以及更为重要的处事艺术，对促进体育在社会中的认识度和承认度有不可估量的作用。
