| 摘 要： | 福建省的上市企业多数都涉及进出口贸易,而在国家多层次资本市场的政策下,福建省即将会有更多的国际贸易企业上市融资发展,如何为这些国际贸易企业的进一步发展作出有实践意义的指导？文章围绕这一问题,从福建省上市的几家国际贸易型企业入手,利用Richard G.Hamermesh、Paul W.Marshall和TazPirmohamed的商务模式理论分析框架,运用数理统计和点估计理论等数理实证手段分析这些样本企业历年的数据报表,揭示出这些企业在上市后共通的商务发展模式。

| Abstract: | Listed companies in Fujian are mostly concerned with foreign trade.The policies of multi-layers capital market give more chances to the companies in Fujian.That means more international trade companies will develop by financing in capital markets.How to give a practical guide for the further development of international trade enterprises？To solve this problem,the paper studies the collected data of some representative enterprises in Fujian according to the analysis framework of business model of Richard G.Hamermesh,Paul W.Marshall and Taz Pirmohamed（2002）in order to find out their common mode of development,which will be shared by new listed enterprises of international trade patterns. |
