高校助学贷款追贷管理模式的创新与发展——以凯里学院为例

高校助学贷款有利于贫困学生完成学业，有利于社会的稳定，民族的团结。国家每年在助学贷款上花费大量的人力、物力、财力，目的就是尽量不让一名贫困大学生因为学费问题而失学。而由于民众诚信意识的缺失和其他原因，部分贷款学生毕业后无法按时偿还本金和利息，这对国家助学贷款长期而有效的运作带来了不利影响，同时也影响高校正常贷款工作的运行。因此，高校助学贷款追贷管理模式亟需进行创新，应改变以往的管理模式，对贷款进行有效的催收。

Innovation and Development of Management Model on College Student Loans and Recovery of Loans:A Case Study of Kaili University

The College student loans are conducive to poor students to complete their education, and beneficial to social stability and national unity as well. China has put massive manpower, material and financial resources to student loans each year to try to not let every poor college student quit school in case of no tuition. Due to the lack of awareness of the public integrity and other reasons, some student loans cannot repay the principal and interest after graduation. The negative impact is not only affecting the long-term and effective operation of the country, but also affecting the running of the university＇ s normal loans work. Therefore, in order to finish the collection of loans, management model on college student loans and recovery of loans is an urgent need for greater innovation and the change of the man-agement mode.
