| 摘 要： | 实习支教研究是根植于实践土壤的有中国特色产物。从2006-2011年国内相关文献的计量分析可以看出:实习支教研究的特色在于它体现了与国家政策、院校实践以及核心期刊的紧密依随和相生互动关系;而不足则表现为核心作者产量低、合作智能发挥有限、研究机构单一化、研究方法重理论轻实证、成果借鉴缺乏国际视野等方面。欲进一步提升该专题研究的整体质量,应从强化持续关注意识、加大项目资金投入、拓展研究人员队伍、理论与实证方法并重、本土与全球视野结合等视角入手。

| Abstract: | In-post teaching practice(ITP) is a product with Chinese characteristics.This study demonstrates a quantitative analysis of the researches of the ITP from 2006 to 2011,and points out advantages and disadvantages.Moreover,it puts forward suggestions including strengthening research consciousness,increasing investment,improving researchers,using empirical methods,and global perspectives. |
