| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习支教工程,是以强化师范生从教技能为主题,以促进学生成长成才为核心,以服务农村基础教育,促进教育均衡发展为责任的一种新型教师教育模式,河北师范大学对顶岗实习这一师范生培养模式进行了全面深入的探索与实践,并取得了一定的成效.
