| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生身体素质持续下滑,文章通过对大学生参加课外体育活动的现状进行调查,发现主动参加课外体育活动的学生人数越来越少.课外体育活动作为学校体育的重要组成部分,其形式多样、内容丰富.高校体育教师应在大学生课外体育活动给予专业指导与管理,推动高校课外体育活动蓬勃发展.同时提出改善管理体制模式、丰富体育教师工作内容、建设课外体育运动平台等多项对策.

| Abstract: | It finds that less and less students take part in extracurricular sports, which is of various forms and richcontent. As an important part of school physical education, college PE teachers should give more guidance toflourish the extracurricular sports of colleges. We should improve the model of management system, enrich jobcontent and set up motion platform, and so on. |
