| 摘 要： | 西方女性主义国际关系理论认为女性的现状、经验与经历要求安全是所有人的安全．尤其是女性的安全；安全是综合安全，其中特别突出的是经济和环境安全，因为女性在经济发展和环境变化中更为脆弱；安全是多个层次的结合，要以国家安全为前提，但是也要加强国际安全合作，但最终目的是保障人的安全。
