| 摘 要： | 越南是中国南边的邻国，历史上与中国有过密切的交往和全面的接触，政治、经济、文化等领域都受到中国很大的影响。喃字是中越文化交流的见证和产物，无论对汉语本体的研究还是对越南语的研究都具有很高的价值。但喃字的定义、喃字产生的动因和条件、喃字产生的时间等问题至今仍没有定论。
