| 摘 要： | 以福建省首届大学生排球联赛28支参赛队为研究对象，运用问卷调查、专家访谈、录像观察、文献资料、数理统计等方法研究发现，福建省普通高校排球运动队伍少、赛事少、运动员基础差、教练员业务能力较低。因此，要提高福建省高校排球运动的水平，就应提高体育主管领导的认识，积极发挥排球协会的作用，加强后备人才培养，提升教练员业务水平。

| Abstract: | A study of the 28 participant teams of the first Fujian University Volleyball League by questionnaire, interview, video show, literature and statistics has found that the number of volleyball teams and match events is small in Fujian province; the athletes are poorly developed and coaches poorly qualified as professionals. To upgrade the level of volleyballs for universities and colleges in Fujian Province, therefore, sports executives should raise their awareness and take act, volleyball associations should play greater roles, more and better young athletes should be developed and coaches upgraded for their professional knowledge and skills. |
