| 摘 要： | 目前,常熟市居家养老服务过程中存在的主要问题是:服务内容单一化,且服务的市场化运作动力不足;为老服务队伍建设不足,且服务的专业化难以保障;各镇地域分布广且散,监督管理工作力度有限。为此,建议今后的居家养老服务:需求导向,实现供需适配,达到资源的优化配置;加大宣传,多渠道推进居家养老服务民生工程深入民心;扩大居家养老的受益面,完善居家养老服务的内容;提高老年人居家养老服务的有效需求;加大监督管理力度,使服务落到实处;加强专业化与志愿者相结合的居家养老服务队伍建设。
