提升保定文化产业核心竞争力研究

近几年保定坚持走特色文化产业发展之路，取得了显著成绩。一批传统特色文化产业不断发展壮大，形成了“两大园区”“十大基地”的文化产业新格局，成为保定市新的经济增长点。但是与发达地区相比，差距还非常明显，文化产业总体上还处在探索起步阶段。文化产业总量偏小、实力偏弱；对文化资源缺乏深入挖掘，品牌效应尚未形成；文化产业创新力度不足，科技含量和附加值偏低；营销手段落后，特别是缺乏在国际上有较大影响力的文化企业和文化品牌。因此积极发展保定文化产业，塑造文化产业品牌，实施文化产业集群发展战略、文化产业精品带动战略、文化产业科技化传播战略是提升保定市文化产业核心竞争力的关键所在。

On Enhancing the Core Competitiveness of the Cultural Industry of Baoding

Since Baoding adheres to the culture industry development in recent years,a number of traditional culture industries are growing. The new pattern of ＂two big parks＂and ＂ten top bases＂ has been formed. Culture industry is becoming a new economic growth point in our city. But compared with some cities in the developed countries, the gap is obvious. The culture industry in Baoding is just in the early stage,which mainly shows in the following aspects： small and weak; no detail plan for cultural resources,no brand benefit; insufficient culture industry innovation,low technology content and added value, few culture enterprises and brands who have great influence in the world. So the measures to promote Baoding city cultural industry core competitiveness include： developing Baoding cultural industry constantly, froming culture industry brand,implementing culture industry cluster strategy,culture industry quality driven strategy and culture industry scientific spread strategy.
