| Abstract: | This thesis puts forword some proposals for the new phenomenon appeared in ideological and political work of young teaching staff and some solutions to the new problems existing among the young teaching staff at present from three aspects:including renewal of ideological concept,improvement of working methods and innovation of working content,in order to strengthen the ideological and political education of young teaching staff in the university in a new situation |
