试论构建人际关系和谐

人际关系的和谐是和谐社会的基础,它可以调节各种社会关系,化解社会各种矛盾,使人与人之间形成巨大的合力,发挥人的最大能动性,实现社会效益与经济效益共赢,最终实现人类的幸福。不和谐的人际关系制约甚至破坏社会的进步与发展,会给人类带来不幸。所以,必须采取对策构建和谐人际关系:利益分配合理布局是构建人际关系和谐的核心,公平正义是实现人际关系和谐的原则,宽容理解是创建人际关系和谐的纽带,树立社会主义荣辱观,倡导"八荣八耻"教育是确立和谐人际关系的价值导向,提高个人综合素质是建立和谐人际关系的关键。

On the construction of interpersonal harmony

While interpersonal harmony is basic for social harmony,it is good to all parties in relation to their social relations,dwindling contradictions,formation of solidarity,achieving mutual benefits,and pursuing their ultimate happiness.On the contrary,inharmonious interpersonal relation results in restriction,destruction of the social progress,or even the disasters.Hence,measures are to be taken to improve the interpersonal harmony in the reasonable distribution of benefit,fair play,equality,tolerance,socialist virtue-versus-vice values,and individual qualities.
