摘    要:格致中学英语教研组在教研组团队建设方面不断优化团队合作的深度和广度,通过"共研""共享"等途径达成"共进"的最终目标。共研是基于课标要求共研课堂教学有效途径,共享是基于成果意识共同参与构建教学资源,共进是基于终身学习理念实现共同进步目标。

Abstract:Gezhi middle school English teaching and research group constantly optimizes the depth and breadth of team cooperation in terms of team building,and achieves the ultimate goal of"advancing together"through"joint research"and"sharing."Joint research is an effective way of classroom teaching based on the requirements of curriculum standards;sharing is based on the awareness of achievements,participating in the construction of teaching resources;and advancing together is based on the concept of lifelong learning to achieve the goal of common progress.
