人才流动与人才流失的区别及对组织的影响

摘    要:人才流动是社会化大生产的必然产物,是市场经济对人力资源合理配置提出的必然要求和解决途径.但是人才流动也造成了一些组织人才的大量流失,有的已经严重影响了组织的生存和发展.运用人才流动的理论学说,对组织人才流失的原因进行了分析,提出了合理定位,因事择人、建立优秀组织文化、加强科学管理、转变员工就业观念等吸引人才的对策.

Abstract:Personnel turn-over is not only the inevitable outcome of socialization commercial production, but also the inevitable requirement and solution to manpower resource problem for the sake of reasonable disposition in market economic. However personnel turn-over has also caused some enterprises brain drain in large quantities and has already affected seriously their development and the survival of enterprise. With personnel turn-over theory, the reason of organization brain drain is analysed. Thus the countermeasure about how to attract talent are presented such as proper positioning, selecting person in accordance with matter, establishment of excellent organization cultural, etc.
