关于高校开展“阳光体育运动”的探讨

为了全面落实由教育部、体育总局、共青团中央倡导的“阳光体育运动”在高校的开展与实施，增进学生体质健康水平，本文运用文献资料法和逻辑推理法，在全面解读活动内涵的基础上，以遵义医学院为研究对象，分析其制约学生体质健康发展的社会因素和当前存在的问题，提出更好开展阳光体育运动的对策，为同类型高等院校提供参考。

A Probe into the Launch of Sunlight Sports Activities in Institutions of Higher Learning

To overaUy carry out the development and implementation of the sunlight sports activities in institutions of higher learning initiated by the Ministry of Education, the General Administration of Sports and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, intended to promote students＇ physique and health level, and this paper ,through using literature and logical reasoning and on the basis of overall interpreting the connotation of the activities, has taken Zunyi Medical College as the study objective and has analyzed the social factors restricting the development of students＇ physique and health and the problems in existence and has proposed some better countermeasures to launch sunlight sports activities intended to provide some reference for the universities of the same type.
