| 摘 要： | “德治”与“和”文化同为中国传统社会上层建筑的重要组成部分，又都颇具中国特色，二者有着密切的内在联系。他们在漫长的历史中相互携手，彼此促进，共同发展：“德治”在中国古代政治中长期占据着主导地位，作为上层建筑的核心，他对中国传统文化具有重要的影响；中国古人对“和”的重视与强调也在一定程度上巩固了“德治”的思想理念。

| Abstract: | The rule of virtue and harmony are important parts of the realm of superstructure in Traditional Chinese Society. Both of them are Chinese characterized and are closely related to each other. They support, promote each other and developed together. The rule of virtue is the core political thought in Ancient Chinese, which impacted traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, the focus and emphasis of harmony impose the thought of the rule of virtue. |
