| Abstract: | Teachers are the main body of education and the key to quality education. It is very important to build up superior teacher teams in order to promote teaching reform and quality education. To achieve this target, the political work should by done and the professional work ability should be cultivated. Besides that, improving the life conditions of teachers and strengthening regulations construction must be also considered carefully. |
