随着当前形势的发展变化,社会对大学生的英语水平提出了更高的要求。本文指出,为了切实提高大学生的英语实用能力,应当改变长期以来过于注重教师的主体作用的传统英语教学模式,确立以学生为主体的教学理念,实施促进大学生自主学习英语的教学策略。

An Initial Probe into the Teaching Strategies to Improve College Students' Highly-Motivated and Active Role in Learning

Along with the changes of the current affairs, our society has laid higher demands on the teaching and learning of College English . This article has pointed out that, to improve college students' ability to use the English in a practical way, the traditional teacher-centered mode of classroom teaching should be altered or reformed, and a student-oriented teaching concept should be firmly established, and the teaching strategies aiming at bringing out students' highly-motivated and active role in learning language should be put into practice.
