| 摘 要： | 高等教育实施素质教育的重点是“创新精神和实践能力培养” ,作为指导老师 ,在生产实习的工程环境中带领学生熟悉了解现代先进制造技术与设备 ,着意把增强学生现代工程意识作为切入点 ,充分重视工程意识的能动作用 ,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。
