| 摘 要： | 人才引进工作是高校实施人才强校战略的重要举措,是高校教师队伍建设的重要内容。为此,本文分析了高校引进人才的必要性,针对当前高校人才引进中存在的主要问题,提出了高校引进人才的基本原则、方法步骤及主要措施。
