| 摘 要： | 财经院校法律硕士的学科建设,应当协调好学校层面的财经特色与法学学科建设之间的关系,防止因过于功利地追求学科建设的效率而影响法律硕士教育的健康发展。除此之外,还要协调好学科建设与教师发展之间的关系,通过教师的主动、积极参与奠定学科建设之基;处理好"术""道"之间的关系,做到两者兼顾。

| Abstract: | In the construction of Juris Master(J.M) discipline in the financial and economic university,the financial characteristics on the university level should be coordinated with the full construction of law discipline to prevent the influence of pursuing efficiency of discipline construction on the J.M education.In addition,discipline construction should be coordinated with the development of teachers to build the foundation of discipline through teachers active participation.Finally,the teaching technique and the teaching of ideas should also be coordinated. |
