| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展不仅仅是教师个人的发展 ,同时应当是学校发展的组成部分。教师专业发展需要以学校为依托 ,学校的发展需要以教师专业发展为基础 ,只有将教师专业发展与学校发展结合起来 ,才能促进教师与学校的共同发展。
